Your apartment is located on the upper level of our farmhouse, 500 square feet in size. You will find stairs at the side of the house that leads to the apartment and your own private entry. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave oven, cooktop, rice cooker, toaster oven, coffee maker, as well as pots and pans for your cooking. You will love the view from your deck. It overlooks our horse pastures as well as surrounding hills.

We keep about 10 - 15 horses on 8 acres. If you are a horse lover, then please fill out the liability waiver before visiting our 4-legged friends.
Critters on our property: 10 - 15 horses, 1 dog, 2 barn cats (very social).

You have your own entry to our laundry room inside the main house, including a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please let us know when you need this room so we can clear everything for you.
Feel free to visit our barns, arenas, and horse pastures after signing the liability waiver. Dogs must be leashed at all times as they might startle the horses, causing a rider to fall. Thank you for your understanding.
